Smolnik multipurpose playground

In 2021, on the initiative of the citizens of the municipality of Ruše from the Smolnik area, we arranged the "Multi-purpose sports field Smolnik". On the Spring Sports Day, which was held in Ruše on Saturday, April 9, 2022, the mayor also ceremoniously opened the playground.

The multi-purpose sports field is accessible to all residents and visitors and enables various sports activities, namely: handball, basketball, volleyball, badminton - speedminton, tennis and in-line hockey. There is also additional sports equipment for the disabled, i.e. a table for table tennis and a fitness set for the disabled, which enables comprehensive exercise.

In addition to providing new sports surfaces for sports and recreational activities and suitable and safe sports surfaces for the disabled, the outdoor sports surface also serves as an event space and enables intergenerational socializing outdoors.
