Četrtkova veslanja na Dravi

V sodelovanju z društvom PureSport vsako leto, od maja od oktobra, Športni park Ruše organizira Četrtkova veslanja na Dravi. Veslanja so brezplačna , saj podpiramo gibanje, zdrav življenjski slog občanov in želimo vsem, ki nas obiščejo, predstaviti aktivnosti na in ob Dravi.

Zdravje, Drava in avantura so besede, ki vodijo organizatorje, da skupaj s partnerji pripravljamo organizirani spust z različnimi plovili na tem območju Drave. Trasa spusta poteka od čolnarne v Rušah do Drava Centra (Limbuško nabrežje) in s tematskimi postanki traja približno 2 uri. Spusta se lahko udeležite s kajaki, kanuji, rafti, SUP-i … Za vse, ki svojih plovil nimate in bi se dogodka želeli udeležiti, imajo organizatorji na voljo brezplačna prosta mesta na kanujih in kajakih. S spustom želimo vsem udeležencem spusta približati reko Dravo in aktivnosti, ki nam jih reka Drava ponuja.

Ruše got the park in 2007, after almost 30 years of striving for a new, modern indoor swimming pool. Next to the large pool, there is a children's pool or splash pond. The pool complex also has a wellness area with saunas (Finnish, Turkish and infrared), a whirlpool with a place to rest, a fitness centre, a four-lane automated bowling alley and a pool bar where you can refresh yourself with selected drinks.

The sports park covers three sports complexes. The indoor pool is intended for children's and adults' swimming lessons, sports festivals, diving courses, and individual recreation. Wellness includes two Finnish, two Turkish, and infrared saunas. Part of this program is a whirlpool and a terrace for relaxation. The fitness centre is aimed at taking care of health and shaping the body. The bowling alley has four fully automated lanes.

The outdoor areas include an in-line hockey court, which in winter turns into the Great Ruše Skating Rink, a skate park, a beach volleyball court, and a combined handball/football/basketball court. There are also games for smaller children next to the pool bar, a climbing wall and games for older children. Nearby there is also an outdoor fitness centre and “street workout”.

Young up-and-coming cyclists, as well as those who are more skilled with a skateboard, can try their hand at the bumpy cycling training ground “pump track” and the skate park respectively.

Ruše Sports Park also offers rental of electric bicycles and watercraft. It also organizes many sports and social events and thus offers a well-rounded sports offer for all generations.

In the immediate vicinity is also the Športna dvorana Ruše(Ruše Sports Hall), which is intended for basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, indoor rock climbing, and recreational exercise.

Thursday rowing on the Drava

In cooperation with the association PureSport, every year from May to October, Ruše Sports Park organizes Thursday Rowing on the Drava River. Rowing is free, as we support movement and a healthy lifestyle of citizens and want to present activities on and along the Drava to all who visit us.

zDRAVAntura

Health, Drava and adventure are the words that lead the organizers to prepare an organized descent with various vessels in this area of the Drava together with our partners. The descent route runs from the boathouse in Ruše to the Drava Center (Limbuško nabrežje) and takes about 2 hours with themed stops. You can take part in the descent with kayaks, canoes, rafts, SUPs... For those who do not have their own vessels and would like to participate in the event, the organizers have available free places on canoes and kayaks.

With the descent, we aim to bring all participants closer to the Drava River and the activities it offers.
